The Swedish Massage #1 is a light to medium pressure massage for the entire massage. This is your basic Swedish massage, which is done using oil warmed between the hands, spread along your skin in long, gliding strokes. This is a very soothing massage but not meant for those who are seeking a deeper pressure or deep tissue massage. This has no deep muscle work.
