Pregnancy Massage

My pregnancy massages can either be done lying on your side with your body propped up with big, fluffy pillows, or while you are face down, lying on my The Prego Pillow™. The Prego Pillow™ allows the expecting mother to lie face down comfortably and safely. If you are wanting to try the Preggo Pillow, I recommend it for the Second Semester. It gets a bit heavy to lie face down in a Preggo Pillow in your 3rd Trimester. For 3rd Trimester, I recommend side-lying.

I only do pregnancy massage from the second to third trimester as to avoid any complications during the first three months of pregnancy. I can be extremely gentle or offer deeper tissue in areas that may need it, such as your lower back and legs. I do not do reflexology or trigger points during pregnancy massage.

Prenatal Massages have the following benefits: muscle relaxation, preparing muscles used for childbirth, weight-bearing joint stress relief, reduced swelling in hands and feet, headache and sinus relief. Also, it provides better circulation for you and baby, moisturizes your skin which aids in preventing stretchmarks, and brings the expectant mother to a calmer mindset and balance for body and spirit.
