My technique is a firm Swedish, for majority of the massage, but I will climb up on the table and do a Shiatsu and Acupressure combination as well. I will also do a deep tissue massage on your trouble areas, where I will spend time on your muscle's adhesions and tense areas.
I DO NOT recommend this to the novice massage client.
